Valcour, Inc. is a real estate development, brokerage, leasing, management and consulting services company.  Our main stay is structuring real estate partnerships in which we provide the leadership role.

We take the project from A-Z.  From the idea stage, to finding a site, working with architects and builders, arranging financing, and working with leasing agents.  We actively manage our projects as we are not only the sponsor of the project, but also investors in the projects.  Eventually we structure a sale of the projects when the time is right.
