Hospitality Lodging Investors, LP Sells Pad Site At BWI Airport

Hospitality Lodging Investors, LP today closed on a one acre pad site adjacent to its 107 room Country Inn & Suites Hotel at the BWI Airport.  The selling price was $1,000,000.  The buyer plans to build a 10,000 square foot mixed use facility.  Construction is expected to start in the summer of 2006.   For a photo of the site - Click Here.
