Littlestown Medical Associates Sells Medical Office Building In Littlestown, Pennsylvania

Littlestown Medical Associates today sold its 4,500 square foot radiation therapy facility to Theriac Enterprises of Littlestown, LLC, and affiliate of Radiation Therapy Services, Inc. an owner and operator of over 50 radiation therapy centers across the US.  The project was originally on a 20 year triple net lease and was built in 1992.
