Hospitality Lodging Investors, LP Closes On Loan Modifications and New Financing

Hospitality Lodging Investors, LP closed today on loan modifications for all of it's outstanding long term debt.  Additionally, they borrowed an additional $2,500,000 in new money that was used to repay shorter term and higher rate investor notes.  This completes a phase of financing that management had been working on for many months.  This puts the partnership on sound financial footing as it moves forward.

M&T Bank provided all of the modification and additional money financing.
