Here you will find information on HLI's hotel properties.  Currently HLI has four Country Inns & Suites by Carlson hotels. They consist of 67-rooms in York, Pennsylvania, 83-rooms in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, 156-rooms in Beckley, West Virginia and 107-rooms at the Baltimore-Washington International Airport.  The partnership also has a conference center known as the Mountaineer Conference Center that has 3,100 square feet of meeting space available, and is situated between the County Inn & Suites and the Holiday Inn in Beckley. photo gallery

The Partnership opened it's latest project, the Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites on June 7, 2007. Hospitality Lodging Investors II, LP started construction on the new Hotel Indigo and The Residences At 151 in Asheville, NC on May 8, 2008 when the demolition of the existing building commenced.  The hotel opened on November 9, 2009 to rave reviews.
