Hospitality Lodging Investors, LP Opens BWI Hotel.

Hospitality Lodging Investors, LP today opened it's newest project located at the Baltimore-Washington International Airport.  The hotel contains 107 rooms and suites, continental breakfast area, conference rooms, meeting rooms, pool and an exercise area.  William Nuttall, President of UP Management, the management company for the project, and a Principal with Hospitality Lodging, said, "This is a welcome and wonderful addition to the Hospitality Lodging Investors portfolio.  Although it is the smallest hotel in the BWI market, we expect to see very nice ADR's and above average occupancy.  Guest will find this property competes with all the other properties in the market place, providing all the amenities that a guest could want, yet at a much more affordable rate."

Hospitality Lodging Investors, LP now owns four Country Inn & Suites Hotels by Carlson.  They include:

67-rooms in York, Pa

83-rooms in Gettysburg, PA

157-rooms in Beckley, West Virginia

107-room Baltimore-Washington International Airport, Linthicum Heights, MD.

Additionally the Partnership owns a 75-room Microtel Inn in Beckley, West Virginia and is getting ready to build a Holiday Inn Hotel in Beckley, WV.
